Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to all transfers booked with Transfers Antalya, the private transfer service of Hana Grup Turizm İşletmeciliği Nak. ve Tic. Ltd Şti. (Hana Travel), TÜRSAB licence A-4899, D2 passenger transport permit 07.1390. Please read them before you book.
1. Booking and confirmation
You can book on book.transfersantalya.com, by e-mail to [email protected] or by WhatsApp to +90 539 826 30 65. The contract is concluded when we confirm the booking in writing. The confirmation shows the route, date, vehicle type, number of passengers and price. Please check it and tell us at once if anything is wrong.
2. Prices
Prices are per vehicle, not per person, and are fixed when we confirm the booking. Within the capacity of the vehicle, the number of passengers does not change the price.
3. What is included
- the private vehicle with driver for your group only
- motorway tolls, parking and fuel
- waiting for a delayed flight; we track the flight number you give us
Child seats are available on request as a paid extra.
4. Your obligations
- give the correct flight number, date and time, and tell us about any changes
- give the correct number of passengers and the amount of luggage, including large items such as golf bags, bicycles or prams, so that we can send a suitable vehicle
- request child seats when you book, with the age of each child
- be at the agreed meeting point at the agreed time
If the information is not correct and the vehicle does not fit, we will try to find a solution with you.
5. Meeting and waiting
On arrival our staff meet you at the Welcome desk No:36 Hana Travel in the arrivals hall at Antalya Airport. For return trips the driver picks you up at the agreed place, usually the hotel reception. If you cannot find us, call or send a WhatsApp message to +90 539 826 30 65. The office is open 24 hours a day.
6. Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations are handled as stated in your written confirmation. Please contact us as early as possible by WhatsApp, phone or e-mail. In most cases we can change the date, time or vehicle without difficulty.
7. Luggage
Please keep valuables, documents and medicines with you in the vehicle. We are liable for loss of or damage to luggage only where it was caused by our fault, within the limits of Turkish law. Check that you have all your belongings before you leave the vehicle.
8. Behaviour in the vehicle
Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is not allowed in our vehicles. Seat belts must be worn where fitted. The driver may refuse to carry a passenger who puts the safety of others at risk. Passengers are responsible for damage they cause to the vehicle.
9. Complaints
If something is not right, tell the driver or the office straight away, so that we can deal with it on the spot. Written complaints can be sent to [email protected]; please include your booking details.
10. Applicable law
These terms and all contracts concluded under them are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of Antalya have jurisdiction.
