This policy explains which personal data we collect when you book a transfer or contact us, why we need them and what rights you have. It applies to transfersantalya.com and to the booking pages on book.transfersantalya.com.

Which data we collect
When you book through the booking form, send a request through the contact form or write to us on WhatsApp, we receive the data you give us:
- your name
- e-mail address and phone number
- flight number and arrival or departure time
- pick-up and drop-off address, usually your hotel
- remarks you add, for example the number of passengers or a child seat request
Why we use the data
We use these data to carry out your transfer: to plan the vehicle and driver, to track your flight, to meet you at the airport and to contact you if something changes. We also use them to answer your questions and requests.

- our legitimate interest in running the service properly, for example keeping records of completed trips and handling complaints
- your consent, where we ask for it; you can withdraw it at any time
Booking system
The booking engine on book.transfersantalya.com is the booking system of our group. Data entered there are processed by us for the purposes described in this policy.
Who receives the data
Your driver receives only the details needed for the trip. We do not sell personal data and do not pass them on for advertising. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also processed by WhatsApp under its own terms.
How long we keep data
We keep booking data for as long as Turkish law requires, in particular the Personal Data Protection Law KVKK No. 6698 and the rules on commercial and tax records. For travellers from the European Union we also apply the GDPR. Data that are no longer needed are deleted.
Cookies and visit statistics
The site uses technically necessary cookies, for example to keep the site working and to remember your language. If visit statistics are switched on, we use Google Analytics and Yandex Metrica to see which pages are read and on which type of device. These services set their own cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data and for their correction or deletion, and you can object to their processing. Send your request to [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in Turkey the Personal Data Protection Authority, in the EU the authority in your country.
