What is included in the price of an Antalya airport transfer?
The car, the driver, fuel, motorway tolls and airport parking. Waiting for a delayed flight is covered too. The price is per vehicle, not per person, and it is fixed: you receive it in writing before you travel, and that is the amount you pay.Is a taxi transfer in Antalya the same as an airport transfer?
It is the same private car with the same driver. We also say “taxi transfer” for rides that don’t start or end at the airport, such as hotel to hotel, a trip into Kaleiçi or a day out. Either way the price is agreed before the ride and there is no meter.
Booking
How do I book a transfer from Antalya Airport?
Type your hotel or address, the date and the number of passengers into the search box, choose a vehicle and send the booking with your flight number. You get a written confirmation with the price. If you would rather arrange it with a person, contact our office, which is open 24/7.How far ahead should I book?
As soon as your flight times are fixed. That matters most in July and August and for minibuses or coaches. If you land soon, ask anyway: we tell you straight away whether a car is available.
Payment
How do I pay?
The payment method is stated in your written confirmation, for example to the driver on the day or as agreed with our office. You pay the fixed price shown there, nothing more. If you have a preference, mention it when you book and we will confirm what is possible.

Where do I meet the driver at Antalya Airport?
After passport control and baggage claim, walk through customs into the arrivals hall. Your driver waits at Welcome desk No:36 Hana Travel with a board showing your name. If you can’t see them, contact our office, which is open 24/7.What happens if my flight is delayed?
Nothing changes for you. We track your flight number, so the driver goes by the real landing time and waits at the meeting point. Waiting for a delayed flight is part of the price and costs nothing extra.
Vehicles
Which vehicle do I need for my group?
A sedan takes up to 3 people. A Mercedes Vito or Vito VIP takes up to 6. Larger groups go in a Sprinter minibus with 13 or 16 seats, a midibus for 25 or a coach for 45. Tell us about your luggage too, and we will suggest the right size.Who runs transfersantalya.com, and are you licensed?
Hana Travel, the trading name of Hana Grup Turizm, a travel agency in Antalya. We hold TÜRSAB licence A-4899 and D2 passenger transport licence 07.1390. The vehicles are our own, kept in our garage in Aksu, insured and licensed to carry passengers.
Luggage & children
Can you provide a baby seat or booster?
Yes, on request. We have baby seats, child seats and boosters. They are a paid extra, so tell us the child’s age when you book and the seat is added to your confirmed price.Can I bring a golf bag, bike box or pushchair?
Yes, but tell us when you book. Bulky items take the space of a seat or more, so we may suggest a larger vehicle to fit everything. The final price is confirmed in writing before you travel.
